i once took one of my friends chewing gums without asking him and they were nicotine gums. they were DISGUSTING

Theres this new fake cigarette out that Chantelle Fiddy was testing out.

Apparently you breathe in flavoured air with nicotine or something. Basically allows you to smoke inside without all the tar and shit.

I feel your pain mang - last time I tried (unsuccessfully) to quit, those patches gave me the most disturbing, intense dreams I've ever had. And because I very rarely remember my dreams it messed me up even more.

The only thing that helped me was staying away from booze and others who smoke, and excercising like a mad man. But I still smoke so don't take my word for it!

yes yes yes. i hate the patches for just that reason. the vivid nightmares had me shook up for awhile.

if u wanna quit smoking go on this CHAMPIX has done wonders for me.
dont know what the go in getting it in the uk is, but in aus u gotta get it from the doctor.

it basiclly fills ur nicotine receptors in ur brain with a stimulant similar to nicotine.

so even if u do have a cigi it dont do shit.

i havnt smoked in a month and have no cravings, i dont even think about em.

it also helps u quit weed cuz when u have a spliff, it does jack shit.
