UFO! in 1998. He was a brilliant dj at the time. He has disappointed me every time I have seen him since then.

was there mate- well good! the trumpet blasts in between mixes!

for me? d'n'b-wise, i remember some amazing sets by ez rollers and dj rap that just blew me away as a well-underage raver. more recently, goth-trad and youngsta at various dmz's, mala at exodus in last year, and i distinctly remember just shaking my head in disbelief hearing pinch's set at the post-carnival rinseout dmz.

Fabric about 4/5 years ago when Craze, Klever and A-Trak plus the Scratch Perverts had a special night. Klever did his routine that juggled Ludacris 'Fantasy' and I nearly cried. Probably the best juggle EVER. Then Craze got on the decks and played Method Man 'Bring The Pain'. I was crying then.

Loads more but this one was a smasher.

ITALO ledgend, tnuc was about 50-60 years old, short as fuck and surrounded by hot ladies all night.

Played every italo classic under the sun...the only man allowed to do that!

AMAZING!

Boo3, New Jersey --Mix Master Mike in 2000?...... I heave never heard such insane scratching in my live, also every fucking DJ at that party had their A+ game on, best party ever.

Ultra - Carl Cox - 2006 - 3 Hours of the best techno I have ever heard. Also at that party Sander Klienberg had an amazing set.

Some random night a long time ago at Nations in DC - maybe in 1998/9? - Dieselboy - with some dope ass drum and bass (before he had fucking Messinah with him all the time , who I can't stand.)

Another random night at Nations in DC - probably around 2003? - Total Science with no MC (I see a trend here with DNB MCs)

Fever - Baltimore, Maryland - 1999 - Josh Wink and Nigel Richards had 2 amazing house sets I will never forget.

Amon Tobin at Fletchers in Baltimore - 2000 - this guy kills it live, how he mixes his genres is amazing.

more recent - Quest and Silkie - Dubwar 2008

Mala and Loefah - my first ever Dubwar - 2007

Oh and I can't forget The first time I saw DOnald Glaude -at Nation probably 2002 or so, on the deck for 4 hours....this was before he went all electro.....killer fucking selection of house.

On of the best dj sets I ever heard was Richie Hawtin in NYC sometime in 2002.

The most memorable dubstep night I went to was JuJu playing in Chicago in 2007.

one that stands out recently - dj premier at BBE records b'day bash last year at canvas. everyone who was there knew all the words to all the tunes. the only pull up was on ante-up by MOP, largely because a mosh to rival anything i've ever been involved in at a hardcore gig started. primo absolutely annihilated it.
