The most memorable dubstep night I went to was JuJu playing in Chicago in 2007.
the Juju night was off the hook.
I know.
I was there.
I even opened up for him that night...

Pinch and N-type have been the tightest in the mix i've heard, N-Type wins it for presence and energy tho...

Would love to see an Aphex set one day..

I want to chime in on this but I am still scouring the memory..

Baby Anne at The Edge in Orlando - came on after the Dust/Chemical Brothers played for the first time in the states - back when 14th Century Sky and My Mercury Mouth were destroying everything...

I just remember her ripping the place to bits...

The best show i ever went to was Meltdown 06 with rabbit in the moon Dave Aude Dj Dan and a ton more at the lizard lounge in Dallas.

Best show ever

but a close second was Dieselboy, Dj Dara, and Ak1200 Planet of the Drums, absolutly amazing.

LTJ Bukem at Exit Festival last year. It's hard to say if it would be as good if I listened to it now but at the time I was dancing for about four hours with the sun coming up in a crowd of thousands of people so off my tits on pills that my eyes were rolling around behind my sunglasses.

But even leaving all that aside, he mixed/EQd better than any DJ I've heard and the way he built the set over four hours was amazing, a proper musical journey. The quality of the tunes was extremely high too.

Martyn at FWD earlier this year was a really special one, probably the best dubstep/dubstep-related set I've seen. Again, the whole vibe of the night contributed to it (I was only pissed/lean this time though) but again it was a long set that really went all over the place. Selection was amazing, he played 'Gabrielle', 'Touch', 'Gorgon Sound', 'Unite', 'Archangel', 'Ramp', 'Everything About You', 'Broken Heart', 'At Les'... I came out of FWD that night feeling like music really mattered.

Other honourable mentions: Carl Cox Old Skool Set at Bestival (hardcore is the best music to rave to in the world), Friction Classics Set on the Valve @ Renegade Hardware, Bailey jungle set at Detonate in Nottingham... Hatcha at FWD recently doing an old skool set. Tron doing an old dubstep set at Third Base... etc.

Mr.Oizo at subclub a couple of months ago was immense too

Nicky Blackmarket and Fabio also ripped it up at Cabaret Voltaire....

Probably the best juggle EVER. Then Craze got on the decks and played Method Man 'Bring The Pain'. I was crying then.

Loads more but this one was a smasher.
hm..i can only cry, i wasnt there. and i think night like that will never ever happen again
