people are starting to speak like a cruddy text message sent by a bonafide festigio
"How's you?" has been a greeting in parts of the UK for decades, Lincolnshire particularly. They also use "Now then" as a greeting.
'Now then' , 'Alreet' and 'How do?' and 'Ey up' are fine by me

i wont settle for 'hows u?' though

I love how most people I know in London like to pepper their words with extra Ws and As.

I hate the use of the word dude by most people apart from Incyde and The Dude.

'holla' is terrible, i.e. when people end an email or message with ' holla'

yeah those are both annoying

people who say "still" in a sentence for no apparent reason? seriously what's the point?

and those "he said" "she said" conversations usually undertaken by complete plebs drive me mad
Any repetitive business in conversation is annoying, expand you vocabulary.

Worse work phrase used here is 'by close of play' meaning by the end of the working day, just the insinuation that work can be considered play, raaaaaaaaah :x

Yeah that is proper annoying, trying to suggest that work is fun when it is undeniably brass (unless you do something you like which i dont)

Call centre termonology is terrible as well from my experience

old flatmate who has a pretty dire grasp of english used this constantly. Bit ironic seeing as she is a total banger an her days never seem to end due to buckfast + various substances!

"what you been up to" more often than not inspires a response of fuck all.

on related note i fuckin hate how coffee houses etc use stupid words for different sizes of coffee. ITS MEDIUM YOU tnuc NOT GRANDE

i just say medium, beanscene in scotland is the worst their sizes are wicked/really wicked/bawbag burstingly wicked
