Hi all, not really dubstep related but... I am looking for a sample or preset similar to the 80's Synth sound in Tinchy Stryders Strydaman.
I have Zero-G Nostalgia and Cult Sampler, which covers most cheesy retro sounds, but cant seem to find that particular sound.
I own Kontakt, Reaktor and FM8, if anybody could hook me up with a preset or even better a walkthrough of how to achieve a similar sound.
Thanks... Loki!
Edit, heres a link if you dont know the song

Hi mate. I don't have FM8 or Reaktor so I can't walk you through on those, but the principle is basically the same.
All it is is a saw wave. Apply an envelope to "vibrato" so that it comes in gradually bit after the chord starts.
If you can use massive presets of either of these PM me, i've got them saved.
