Midi keyboard issues

I'm using a kontrol 49 with reason connected via usb and its constantly cutting out, turning itself off and then on again.

Has anyone had this problem or know wot it is?

u tried checking a different usb cable maybe?
might be a loose connection somewhere in the keyboard?
