Post by balu66 » Thu Aug 21, 2008 2:00 pm

I saw this guy playing live in Italy at a free party a couple of weeks ago here's a link- http://www.dailymotion.com/stiol06/vide ... 008_webcam It was some very heavy Dubstep style stuff going on.. has anyone heard or seen this guy before and do you know where i might get some of his tunes?

the speakers there look immense, looks like a sick party. Didn't think it sounded anything like Dubstep at first but that 2nd bit did. Never heard of him personally

EDIT - Here's his myspace: www.myspace.com/atomikdog

Thanks for the link. I did not think of myspace. I also found this http://369rekchordz.addictech.com I bought his album and it's quite good. You should check it out if you haven't heard it before!

Atomikdog is a homie!

his hardware sets are deep - the man understands dynamics for sure.

Some of his tunes are cool, smokinacupajoe is good. But he's not strictly dubstep cos Vtek001 is hardcore!

I lol'd at his about-me bit: "So, by keeping the elements separate and at the fingertips this allows to work directly with the "Biofeedback" that is received from the people on the dance floor"

So the next time a big tune is dropped show the DJ some 'biofeedback' yeah!

I dropped a couple of his tunes this weekend at a party I played. smokingacupajoe and pusherman. I got some serious biofeedback from the dancefloor lol. I'm still looking for some more info on him apparently he's done a lot of different styles from techno to breakbeat.
