The Alicia tune IS very hard to mix from the beginning, the guitar doesn't quite follow the beat or something. Trying to beatmatch it is next to impossible... I kind of just cut it in at the beginning, and it has that breakdown in the middle that just kinda fades out which is easy if you are feeling like a simple transition.

I don't think the Alica remix is hard to mix.

Some good tunes listed in this thread. Of the ones I know, I wouldn't necessarily say they have the same vibe though, like the 'Cay's Crays' remix. I'd say this is more a list of recommended melodic dubstep tunes.

Look i know that's probably the most chilled out Caspa/Rusko tune there is, but it is an absolutely God awful abortion of a tune and is definitely not in the same ball park as anything by Mala, let alone Alicia.
In fact, the first time i listened to that track i promised myself never to put myself through anything quite so painful again. I just couldn't get my head around how anyone could make such bad music.

It's as though they were like:

"We just make jump-up silly tunes, let's make something really deep!!"

"But we don't know how, we're completely shallow!!"

"It's ok, you just come up with a really soppy melody, you know, something Boyzone would call gay. Then you add some pitched down vocals"

"Yeah that sounds wicked. I'm really into Danny Dyer at the minute, he's such a character, let's sample him"

"Yeah man. This is gonna be so deep"

Will that be "The Light" (as sampled by Common for track of the same name)?

This is the best song ever.

I got chills just thinking about it
