Given the musical history there, don't be surprised if the tunes start getting a lot darker...

Ez Vision!

Looks like the Brum lot are being a bit quiet!! Not a good start for your move!!

Not sure about there being a shit music scene tho Doctor Twiztid, there's plenty of big DnB nights and a fair few Dubstep nights starting up with the WHAT? nights, Eardrum, Dubstep Warriors and Dubvibe, plus nights on at Concrete, Custard Factory, The Rainbow....I could go on!! So yeah the scene may not be as big as some other cities but its getting there slowly!!

@ Vision Defo up for linking for a colab will drop you a PM! Hope you find teh move to Brum all good!!

Eeew - Ocean Colour Scene! I was trying to forget they existed. Slade's good though.

I was thinking more along the lines of Moody Blues, Black Sabbath, Judas Priest, GBH, Napalm Death, Godflesh...

But do you really believe that one's geography has absolutely no influence on one's music? I dunno about that. Maybe they're not exactly in lockstep, but otherwise why do regional "sounds" evolve?

Just food for thought.
