Ok first thingy, you know you have your bass synth goin wowowow (you know what I mean), you should have your sub doin the same thing aswell.
It'll sound a lot phatter.
What you might have to do is have 2 subs, one that replicates the bass synth (so it's layered underneath) and another one playing the long notes.

dont use two subs you'll end up with a huge mess of bass
I mean, two seperate sub synths. One that mirrors the bass synth as a layer and another sub synth that can just play long notes. Of course they won't play at the same time otherwise you will have chaos...
