Oasis on the cover of Nov Clash mag!

Post by clashmag » Tue Sep 30, 2008 2:30 pm

The November issue of Clash is on stands now. The magazine contains a 16-page feature on the ultimate rock band Oasis, including in-depth interviews with all four members and a timeline of the band’s career.

Stephen Stills, one fourth of super group Crosby, Stills, and Nash, talks about going solo, fighting cancer, and a possible duet with Jimi Hendrix.

After an impressive debut The Cold War Kids are back with their sophomore effort. Clash talks with the band about politics, faith, and spirituality present on ‘Loyalty to Loyalty.’

John Bonham’s accidental death in 1980 brought about demise of Led Zeppelin. In a new book, “The Powerhouse Behind Led Zeppelin,” his brother Mick remembers the drummer’s contributions to the band and their personal relationship. Read an excerpt from the book in this month’s magazine.

TV On the Radio talk about rewriting the musical rulebook, and Psapp, Bob Dylan, Fatboy Slim, Arctic Monkeys, Los Campesinos! and the tenth anniversary of label Moshi Moshi can also be found in the November issue of Clash.

Free CD featuring The Aliens, The Bamboos, Kano, Crazy P, The Walkmen, Seun Kuti, Howie B Vs Casino Royale, Hold Fire, Melody Klyman, and more.

Clash online: Find Clash tracks of the day, free downloads, and interviews with Keane, Of Montreal, and The Flaming Lips. Plus, win tickets to Raindance or vinyl re-issues from bands including Radiohead, the Beach Boys and Coldplay. www.clashmusic.com

Surely that's a third of Crosby, Stills and Nash. He'd be a quarter of Crosby, Stills, Nash And Young.
