Buying DJ kit on finance?
Buying DJ kit on finance?
I'm looking to buy a second Pioneer CDJ 1000 mk3 on finance. Does anyone know the best place online to get a good deal? The best I've seen is £788 to pay off within 9 months interest free.
Safe.
Safe.
I know very little about the ecomony and how it will affect me with borrowing..?
Are you saying that with the current financial crisis the company could go under and make an instant payback claim on all finance agreements?

I guess that is always a possibility. Best thing to do is see who is providing the credit (google the company name) if they're a part of a solid bank like lloyds should be ok..Jibba wrote:Are you saying that with the current financial crisis the company could go under and make an instant payback claim on all finance agreements?
I think if you believe the scaremongering at the moment the general consensus is don't spend to much and don't borrow anything.....

We use a company called Able 2 Buy, you get the stuff now and pay in 6 months time. If you don't pay any or only part of it after 6 months then the rest is on 29% APR or something.
But what is interesting is they're choosing people who are most likely NOT to pay within the 6 months, so they get a chance to make the most money. So if you're young and maybe have a poor credit rating then you're likely to be accepted for it, but just make sure you pay within the 6 months!
So look for anyone using this as a payment option.

Cheers for the advice guys. Think I'm gonna go for this site http://www.djstore.com as they offer 9 months payback time interest free.
I've been after a second CDJ ever since I got my first one and in the long run it'll definitely cut down on cost as I just can't afford to keep buying as much vinyl as I used to. Plus paying £788 in one go is a stinger!

Pretty sure this is where I got my 1200s from, seems sound enough to me.Jibba wrote:Cheers for the advice guys. Think I'm gonna go for this site http://www.djstore.com as they offer 9 months payback time interest free.
