Post by fused_forces » Wed Oct 22, 2008 5:44 pm

Ez everyone, just a little quick track we made to play at Wobble in Southend a couple of months ago.

An found it on the hard drive doing nothing, no prizes for quessing where the sample came from, its no musical masterpiece so please dont be too harsh with the comments

Very crisp production on the whole. Does sound like it is clipping a tad, maybe over compressed/limited? Musically it is pretty basic and generic, but I'm sure it will get the dancefloor going. I'd prefer this with more variation in the basslines in a melodic sense.

Overall good stuff. Like it!

Duncan.

I concur. More melodic bass sequencing as well. You can really build more tension in the beginning and overall with these (drop some parts once in a while perhaps). I really like the drum variation around 3:12 in Animal, more of that!

Safe lads, yea this was knocked together in 30 mins to an hour, after the sample was ripped, so didnt spend long on the mixdown lol.

Nice one for the feedback.
