Is this near a station? Brussel-north, Brussel-central or Brussel-south?
And from how late till how early in the morning?

you take train to brussel-central
there you take the metro, direction herman-debroux, and you get off at pétillon, when you come out the metro, you take the exit on your left. once you come on the street you go left and you walk for 10min and then you'll be at the parking of KK. Fot the train hours you best check nmbs site :)
