The people who sent it should be able to supply you with a tracking number or it should have been atleast recorded delivery which you are liable to claim Royal Mail's insurance for.

I ordered some t-shirts from the US to find out that at customs they had a £17.12 charge applied just because someone decided to look in my box. Nobody was there to pay it so they got returned to sender.

i have just sorted it online, chemical tracking number proved handy. tbh it was my fault for putting the wrong hous number on the address but the fact that you cant speak to anyone real really does my head in.

Try phoning DHL. Phoning up a super computer that is just a huge pile of shit and then being forwarded on to a bunch of monkeys who have no clue and spit out the same shit you see online.

perhaps they will never come.

You think your post office is bad, think of the work ethic of the italian post office.

for sure! i worked there doing data entry for over 5 years and i'm glad i found a better job. i've had things go missing before. once, this girl claimed a hoodie never came, so i had to give her a refund. another time, this seller claimed she never got my money order. i spent $3 having the post check up on my money order. they basically took my money. all i found out was it was cashed, so i got robbed AGAIN. the hoodie never came back to me, so i assume that girl got a free hoodie. i use Federal Express for everything in the states and if it's international, then i send it USPS express. it costs $30+, but it's cheaper than FedEx international. it's the only way to get tracking with them. basically, if i want to sell records to anyone outside the states, nobody is going to want to pay the shipping on them. it's that or accept the fact you might never get them! i certainly wouldn't refund money again. =/
