Good customer service for once..

Post by legend4ry » Mon Nov 03, 2008 11:10 am

So I lost my pin code months ago and thought, might as well get it back since I am actually getting money put in there on the regular now..

So I ring up...

Only had to wait about 5 minutes and the bloke on the other end wasn't as thick as shit and was helpful.......

Whats the world coming to :x

yeah :o ... well scottish.. haha

Its odd.. I was with Woolwich & barclays bought em out...
Woolwich used to be horrible, about 30 different automated things typing numbers in, then you get to the person and you can't understand them..

This was disapointing, I didn't get angry or bored of listening to shit phone music..

the music was actually good!!

It was some funky house sorta stuff...I'm actually baffled

I'm trying to imagine how bad customer service would need to be to degrade somebody to tears.

What was it about?
