How long does a Driving License/Passport take to come back ?

Post by Dead Rats » Fri Oct 24, 2008 10:51 am

My luck is just about running out with the two-bob Citizenship card I've got as proof of age, and I need some sort of plausible ID - Be that a Driving License or passport. I'm off, again, to the Amersham Arms on the 8th to see Skream and Platician, and, ideally, would rather not run the risk of going there only to have my Citizenship card rejected.

On the leaflets I've got with the forms, it says that a passport and driving license can take upto 15 working days, which can equal 3 weeks (Which is gay), but the bird in the office says hers was sent back within the week.

What are peoples experience of this?

I'm 4, btw.

Thing is, aren't passports around £88 quid now? Imagine how much it must cost for an express service.
