well i started getting ill this weekend and decided i was having none of that, so trained like a mentalist on sunday... the only problem being i havent done any exercise in about 4 weeks and i never learn to maybe take it a little slower after time out.
yep, my arse and legs are in absolute agony still... the stairs at clapham junction station may as well have been mount kilimanjaro
even sitting hurts
on a plus note, i no longer feel at death's door and merely have light sniffles now

After I did that triathlon, I got a goody bag and in it, there was some crazy milkshake stuff. I drank it, and the day after, I was fixed! It's really good stuff....I'll try and remember what the hell it was called...
