Brockin Out/Dancing/Skankin' while pregnant?
So, I am pretty much 5 months pregnant and barely showing a baby bump. I was wondering how hard can you get down on thee floor while having a mini-you inside you to worry about? I love dancing real hard in thee front as close to thee speakers as possible. This leads me to another question: Will dancing in the front next to the sound system negatively affect thee baby in any way? I like to hope not.

that it shakes my baby.

Firstly, congratulations!
I've got absolutely no idea what prolonged exposure to sub bass would do to a baby in the womb, but I know that it leaves me feeling fucked up and I'm a 25 year old man. Make that a 25 year old boy, actually.
I'd recommend a trip to the doctor's though. It'll probably be a new question for them!

Ha, funny you say that because I would definitely be asking thee baby doctor this question if I can remember any of thee crucial questions I should be asking them..... Just in thee last visit, I forgot to ask when I get to find out thee sex of my baby....kins83 wrote:I'd recommend a trip to the doctor's though. It'll probably be a new question for them!

I would if I could remember to ask.... But, maybe thee doctor knows all he/or she can know.... I just wanted to know from experiences of other gals who been through it or someone who knows a gal that does.... Is it really that retarded to ask this question on here? I think not.Joe C wrote:ask a docter not a forum!?
Surely anything that concerns your babies health should be at the forefront of your mind?
But anyway, hope you find out the answers! Good luck to you and your kid.

Sounds to me that Bass actually makes the baby more alert and smarter. 100hz Square wave ftw... now if only it was 30hz.
When a woman is pregnant, the fetus can only really hear the mothers heartbeat and her blood flowing around, so low end vibrations would mimic that feeling and sound in nature. Seen a few pregnant women at the dance.
Jumping around a lot would be bad though, too much activity would be bad... dancing a bit is fine. From what I understand, if you already did it with no problems while not pregnant, running and the like is fine.

my mate G's missus just had a baby girl. she was exposed to alot of dubstep in the womb, and bass and so on..
not at a high volume, just in the car with a sub and listening at home, not iration steppahs wombuster business...
since she was born, Dubsteps the one. If shes crying and you put on Hooby by Silkie she actually calms right down, hes got another few tunes which i forget which actually aid her in sleeping? shes gonna be a proper little dubhead!!

By the 22nd week of gestation your baby’s cochlea will be fully formed. The cochlea is a portion of the inner ear that enables hearing. After the 22nd week, your baby can hear everything you hear, although sounds in the higher frequencies will be slightly muffled.Surface_Tension wrote:When a woman is pregnant, the fetus can only really hear the mothers heartbeat and her blood flowing around, so low end vibrations would mimic that feeling and sound in nature. Congratulations Mum
Nothing 'womb busting' style or ket style brock out ... but a bit of music heard in the belly by a baby can instantly calm when heard on the 'out'. I recommend you try it.
