yeah that means that they have sold out of the promos and are waiting for the full release copies of it. basically you can pay them for it now and they'll send it when it's back in. kinda useless really. better off holding off cuz if you find a white of it on another site later that day and wanna cop it, you've already paid for it and i don't think you can 'cancel' it

it can also just mean they are sold out of the am't of full release copies they had and are waiting on more or expecting a repress

may as well just wait 'til its available on full release and cop it then with some others to save on shipping, they usually ship pre-releases by themselves, i've discovered.
