Listening.....

Nice intro....quite a predictable sound but well executed....sounds very good.

excellent drop...that koto is sick and the sub drives it forward perfectly, nice breakdown and a good second drop with a good gunshot snare...bass develops well intot he higher freqs....maybe the koto sounds slightly strange when it comes in again but as it develops it settles nicely....mmaybe reverse it in to start off with....nice use of semi tones in the melody to give it a slightly warped flava.

Very good structure and variation on this keeps it interesting all the way....maybe sounds a bit like 2 tracks when the intro chords come back in....maybe could just drop themas they don't feature much anyway. Very good 3rd drop. NIce variation again and that bass is excellent and dynamic.

Levels sound very off but as it's a demo i'm sure these aren't final or worth commenting on.

All in all very good track. Very developed. nicely complex, has some excellent textures and structure. Definatly a subtle winner!

Really like the riddim, got a nice bounce to it, and gotta love those koto's.

Not sure about the synth chords or the higher bass, seems to be a bit too doodly and seems to lose the oomph of the drums, but I like the atmosphere of the track. Look forward to the final mix
Hmm....

nice one pete, not keen on shit sounding "doodly" so i'll see what i can do  .

know what you mean like - the chords seem to leave the track kind of flacidly hangin - did a mix earlier today with pure metalic textures instead of the chords which i'll prob run with.
