a metalcore band i work with/for always open their set by playing dubstep now, pretty much any Caspa tune has gone down particularly well in the moshpit for them lol

That NumberNin9 geezer had a Dubstep mix of 'Breath' by Prodigy. It's a fucking cracker, and also a well-known song, so that's probably a good start.

Can't believe noone's mentioned Africa by the others or V by Distance. Cockney thug, obviously.

If you want to go all deep, then start with the stooges' down on the street, it's pretty much bang on 140bpm so you can mix all sorts of dubstep with it.

(Yes I've been thinking about doing a rock / dubstep mix...)

Ikonika is pretty rock influenced, although i don't know if people would pick up on that so much coming from a pure rock background or whatever.

Please, please do! Though I think its closer to 130 bpm, it works really well in a breaks set. But yeah, bring on some Stoogestep :D How about a dubstep remix of 'Dirt'?
