TUBE10 003 Jus Wan - The Crossing / Flashpoint OUT NOW!

Youve been partying all weekend long and you just woke up at a friends place, checking your myspace, again somebody sent over a demo...
Shall we check it now? or wait till we got some descent sound?... naah lets check it right now... opening mp3... and even on a crappy system we all got blown away...
This is what happened when we received Justin Shield's demo.. sometimes you just stumble apon a producer thats doing his thing on a different level. No copycatting just straight up original music. And luckely thats what Tube10 stands for. Get ready for Jus Wan's Tube10 debut!
The Crossing is a heavy piece of uplifting dubstep like we've never heard before, by combining trance like sounds with the minimalness from berlins techno scene he concocted a brand new hybrid sound wich we never heard before. A lush piece of work as we like to call it.
The flip is brand new production called Flashpoint. Combining a 2 steppish break with his signature subs he shows there is more to dubstep then just wobbles and bass. Again Quality from the top shelf. Be prepared to hear alot more from this young San Fransisconian cause we're not done just yet!
Play Support: Appleblim, Bun Zero, F, Markle, Ben UFO, Headhunter, TRG, DJG, Spherix, Ekelon! and loads more!

BoomKat:
Following in the slipstream of his well recieved 12" for Applepips last week, Jus Wan contributes two experimentally riddmic cuts to the well curated Tube10 imprint outta Holland. Tube10 has a knack of picking up on less rave friendly, but ultimately more esoteric efforts from the likes of TRG and Spherix, with Jus Wan's 'The Crossing' fitting the vibe perfectly. Steering away from the slightly breaks infected cuts for Applepips, Wan works on a pattern with an altogether more crafty flow debted to post 2-step and R'n'B, and introduces a beautifully shimmering guitar line with perfect timing, making for a nicely understated but clever cut. 'Flashpoint' on the flip follows the vibe into a more defined dub techno route a skipping pattern developing into rolling subs with uptempo techno compatibility. Check!
