Gate!

I have been messing around with the gate effect on Live with pads, I was wondering is there any vst effect i could use that would alow me to control the spped of the gate cos setting up loads of clips to sidechain with is a bit of a pain.

perhaps it is more of a transformer i am look for.

You could automate the volume or just use a square LFO, which would allow you to control it indefinately.
