Hello me old dubbers, recently i have been a tired old fruit!!!

In the new year i am looking to spend more time on my music as i have been working like a Dog and havent given my music enough quality time.

Over christmas I am looking to do a few mixes forthcomin to a blog near you!!! as this year i havent had chance yet! cos im a fucking muppet.

Also...

I have been thinking of ways to run my radio show more professionably. At the moment its the only time i get to touch decks in the week if im not playing out. It want to organise it better and have a more of a structure to it, weather it be dedeicated sections for interveiws or guest mixes, Mc guest appearences or talent showcases.

In the new year I am thinking of running an Automated Dubstep Top 10 Chart, built in Logic 6, Like i used to back in the day on Delight FM. It used to give a focus to my show and helped to give good tracks and artists recognition they deserve.

mate as long as you keep droppin those bad bwoi dubs, yappin like a mentalist, and generally enjoyin yosel' your ideas only gonna enhance the n-type rinse experience!

like you say its good to have a focus point, whether that be a top 10 or guest, as long as it stays relatively freeform in the mix and the beats flow.. i kinda like the mix tape aspect of the rinse shows..

do u no i woke up this morning and was like i need to sort my face out!

so i thought about this all at 6 in the morning. Im up for raising my standard.

I listenend to a tape of me 4years ago and my mixing was so much better!! im going to concentrate on trying new things and improving my sets cos i have focused on production recently and not mixing.

I was always a DJ not a producer. I need to go back to my roots. but not let it effect my learning of music production. Sum of my new stuff is a bit weird though. please can sum one kick me in the bollox. thank u please

yeah i know what you sayin.. my mixin seems to go through phases, but thats all due to circumstance yr get me.. like right now my mixin is shockin and its depressin!.. but then im livin in a small flat, my decks are stuck in a corner surrounded by records and i have to crouch on a sofa bed to reach em - its a friggin joke!

youre on rinse so you gotta keep yr standards high, i mean you gettin all the dubs and yr beats are fresh (esp way of the dub - man you gotta get that out there its huge!).. but you gotta feel on point.. its real easy to become complacant, or work too hard to make the cash to make the beats, or end up in a small flat standin on sofabeds..

its all about priority..
its all about the wake up call!

(i had one the other day and im 'kin gettin outta this damn flat and movin to one where ive got my own studio! damn straight)
