IS IT POSSIBLE TO GO TO A PRIVOUS SAVE IN LOGIC!!!

Just deleted the main midi drums layer of a track Ive been working on for the last week. Is there any way I can go to a previous save in Logic? I know I should have been using save as but was trying to save space!!
I think I'm about to crack up!!!

depending on how you have logic setup it should save stuff to a temp folder thats normally in the same folder as the project?
does for me anyway
