check out KVR for the drum sampler. or spend cash on NI's Battery.

far as gettin the reason tracks in Cubase...why? just use the rewire tracks?

alternativly mute all the other tracks export the track in reason and import it as a audio file into cubase

This ^

I think that is how Benga does it in with FL/Logic also. Just save the loop as .wav
Don’t worry about people stealing an idea. If it’s original, you will have to ram it down their throats.

use the export function.

song is from start point to end ("E") point

loop is from "l" to "r"

hope that makes sense.

personally man i'd start learning to work with audio when doing drums rather then rely on something like battery
alternatively to help teething you could use a sampler and assign each hit to a diff midi channel and work that route
though if i remember my rewire you could just record the output of reason to a new audio file in cubase, just solo your drums prior to recording the audio

I agree with tempah, if you know how to use something stick with it, why give yourself the extra work of having to learn to do the same thing in a diffrent way?

and Deadly Habit, what do you mean use audio instead of Battery, or use a sampler?

Battery is a sampler, you can assign each hit to several diffrent channels and as it is a sampler you will be using audio.

yea i know battery is a sampler, but he prolly would get more use out of something like short circuit, kontakt or halion
and working with straight audio for drums and least for me because alot easier and opened up more creative possibilities
