NEWS!!

We are upgrading our sound system this year and welcoming Manchester's Neuron Pro-Audio to Dub Spot.

Neuron will be supplying the sound at Dub Spot exclusively from now on and where our previous sound system was tight (and bloody loud!), the newer, slightly bigger rig will be much more suited to the Music Box's shape and layout - Something we have always battled with since the launch.

Neuron will make a digital acoustic map of the room on the day to ensure all their sound system cabinets are all angled perfectly to deliver all the right frequencies in all the right places and we're confident the new rig will be a massive improvement at Dub Spot for 2009.

Looking forward to hearing the new system, sounds like some serious bass!

Think I might stick my head in tonight it'll be good to hear Dubstep through a proper system. I played in the Circle Bar at Ape last night, I've heard louder Hi-Fis.

Didn't spot this because I don't come here too often other than to grab mixes, but cheers for the write up!

We had a blast and are well looking forward to next month. Proper tunes and a chance to get our soundsystem being used as it was meant to be!

Hope everyone else enjoyed it as much as us!
