Cubase 4 Educational Edition
So I've been producing on an old version of Cubase, but as the days go by it seems to get less and less stable. I'm looking into upgrading to Cubase 4, and I came across the Cubase 4 Eductional Edition. Does anyone know if the Cubase 4 Educational Edition is missing any of the features found in Cubase 4? Or is it simply Cubase 4 marked down in price for students and such? Thanks for the help! Here is a link to what I am talking about:

Theres a comparison thing on the main steinberg website, but unless you're recording drum hits and full bands into cubase at the same time - and don't NEED all 5 vsts - theres no point, edu is not only better value but the best version.
Edu is the same as thingy... Studio or Producer? I forget which, its the mid-range verison of Cubase4

I purchased the education version and researched it a lot before buying. Yes you can upgrade it, you will not get any educational discount on the upgrade however. You'll have to pay the normal price. And yes it is exactly the same as the full version.
You may want to wait a couple of days, there's rumors that steinberg may be announcing C5 at NAMM, and AFAIK even if you buy C4 right before C5 comes out you'll still have to pay full price for C5
