Dubstep with Hip-Hop MCing.
Yesterday, I heard a DJ mix Hip-Hop tracks (the MCing) with Dubstep music. Sounded incredibly good.
Is there actually real Dubstep tracks that uses Hip-Hop MCs? (And I'm not talking about The Bug's stuff and grime MCing, wich is awesome too)

yeah it's out there, check people like Cerebral Vortex, infact most of the rappers such as Ben Sharpa or TTC who use bass heavy Hip-hop beats have jumped on Dubstep at some point. Put stuff up on the blog on that tip from time to time. http://chromekids.blogspot.com -needs to happen more though.

I got a couple in the loop, one with Scarz (his video for You Got Boy'd was no.1 on channel U for a while if you don't know him) and 1+ with NW MC Sparx.
I think it works pretty well. In my opinion Skepta's MCing on 'Intensive Snare' is more UK Hip Hop than grime, more feeling of a flow about it, and look how popular that is. Also Foreign Beggars are flexin' the Dubstep atm (Hit That Gash remix is wrong).

skepta's bars on intensive snare are more like grime bars.Akilles wrote:I got a couple in the loop, one with Scarz (his video for You Got Boy'd was no.1 on channel U for a while if you don't know him) and 1+ with NW MC Sparx.
