EDINBURGH: VOLUME! PRESENTS BENGA & BREAK 21.02.09

Post by termite » Mon Jan 26, 2009 12:15 pm

Volume proudly presents two of the most prominent & influential DJs/Producers in the worlds of Dubstep and Drum & Bass, BENGA & BREAK.

Having sold out Volume last February, Benga is a true ambassador of the dubstep scene with his ‘Diary of An Afro Warrior’ LP receiving critical acclaim & his collaboration with Coki to produce the track ‘Night’ cementing him as one of the top 5 dubstep producers.

Break's reputation as the king of the rollers precedes him. His ability to make such infectious dance floor destroyers has earned him a place in pretty much every self respecting DJ's record box. As one of the most prolific producers in the drum & bass scene, Break has yet again raised the benchmark with his new LP 'Symmetry', a stunning release that's a must for any music lover!

Volume continues its travels & for our second night of 2009 we find ourselves at the former Wilkie House in the Cowgate. Rest assured we will be bringing extra sound in for this one and for anyone who hasn’t been to Faith since it’s transformation at the beginning of this year, you are in for a treat. Volume residents will be on hand as always to bring you the best basslines along with our host for the evening MC Profisee. Early purchase of tickets is recommended.
