still no joy at downloading the MP3s requested. No response from emails, always say they will call back and nothing ever comes of it... They have taken my money months ago, admittedly only a tenner but still the principle remains.

yeh im still waiting for my tempa tee
ordered it end of january, never received anything.. ive been told five times that it would be sent out that day only to call up for the sixth time to be told it was now out of stock... went for a rinse one instead........ nothing....
gettin long now, just want a refund really. they seem to be uncontactable now tho, the phone was going thru to a fax for about a week, now its ringing but no answer.. no reply to emails etc

they've obviously fled the country with my £7.50 to live the life of luxury on a beautiful mexican beach... bastardos

haha wow, this piece of promotion can't have backfired worse. I have ordered the la roux remixes off them before in the past and have received them within 3 days both times..

Okay so I had been waiting about 5 weeks for my order and nothing, I wasn't getting repies to emails and no one was picking up the phone. So i phoned Consumer Direct, and they took all the details. They said I would normally have to write a letter to them but because there wasn't an address on the website, I couldn't. So they passed the details on to Trading Standards. I got a call back a couple of days later, they just asked some more fine details, then said they were going to send an email to dubplate.net. Later on that same day, guess who I got an email from... dubplate.net. It said my order was going to be sent out that same day, and sorry for the delay in reply. And now I have my order sitting next to me.
So if you're having problems, phone up Consumer Direct, have your order details/number, etc and chances are it will get sorted.
I won't be buying from them again.

weird. iv never had problems with dubplate.net

UPDATE

Ok so it's been several months.. but I received an email back from 'Stuart' regarding my queries as to why my order hadn't been shipped. He let me know the two vinyls I had purchased were in fact out of stock and offered a refund or to pick out some different tunes instead. I said I was happy to exchange however the site was down and he requested I suggest some tunes.. I listed a bunch and received the reply:

Ok, will pick something out and post them to you today.

And yes that did cross my mind but he offered a refund in full so I thought what the hell.. I only spent $20 and it was ages ago I had forgotten about it anyway..

The prospect of surprise records is good enough

finally got my order as well. only they left it so long THEY RAN OUT OF TEMPA T SHIRTS takes the fucking piss really

Only just seen this thread. Glad I'm not the only one having problems.

I ordered 7 records from Dubplate at the beginning of March, got 4 of em and 3 were missing. 3 months and a few emails later and no records, no refund and not even a reply to my emails.

Hopefully this'll get sorted. I want my records more than I want my money back.

i emailed them a few days ago (the email shown on the website now) about an order i made in January and hadn't received, they got back to me within 2 days and shipped the records that they still had in stock and refunded the rest. so hopefully you guys will get yours if you email again now

I got an email from them and they're in the process of sorting it all out now.

Replacement records came today.. considering I was unable to specifically choose records I would receive I was pleasantly surprised with:

Gotta give props to dubplate. Once they found out there was a problem, they've been very quick to fix it.
