@wirez - 1st page.. man, that tune is plain killer.. love it! I've PMd you
@jsaxton - 1st page - like your idea.. track lacks good mixing though so I guess you should work on that. other than that.. lets here a better mixed tune for some more things to comment.. love the use of samples here
@offkey - 1st page - i like this tune. try to diversify it a bit..you could move some things away from the mix and let the others breathe at some parts
@purplepirate - tracks a bit empty.. it's okay but it's not really interesting enough. great video though!
@Wikum - odd but nice mate. I really dig it. It's got a lovely vibe to it. Transitions are nice. Nice synths with nice melodies. I'd chill to this tune a lot!
@phoxache - i like it a lot. quite interesting. nice use of samples there. love the synths ass well. you manage to keep it simple and minimalistic but quite interesting. downloaded this right away
@djwom - great melody, i've whistled that last 5 minutes. can't say nothing bad about it.. one thing though i thought of while listening.. i just want it dirtier! not talking filth but just a bit harder... it would be epic!
Here's my new track. Started and finished it in 2 days, today being the second. Feedback is mostly appreciated. You can download the 320 from SoundCloud:)
@Wikum Loved the intro, the main melody and chords. I'm not very fond of the bass, but that wouldn't stop me from listening to this tune again. Just personal prefence, great job overall.
@DJWum Excellent sample choice and work. I feel that there should have been more build-up towards the bass, unless you intended for it to be the way it is. The format synth melody layered on the drop is very catchy!
@BadBoyBastian3B Very powerful intro, great build up. I'm not that into the bass melody, but the various basses themselves are very sick, well done. The mario sound effect made me laugh. ;P
Here's my tune. I've been working on it for a while on and off and only today decided to finish it off so that I can begin new things. Feedback is more than welcome and I will take every bit of criticism into consideration.

I like the glitchy edits there Metal...how'd you go about that? What synths are those? rad.
Mainly used Massive for the Bassline and Melody, rendered them out and chopped 'em to hell to get that glitchy-ness. Ran the synths through Guitar Rig's Valve compressor for some beefness also, copied the melody onto 2 other channels, one an octave up, on down and put some fx on 'em for a bit of texture to the melody.
Thanks for the feedback bro, much appreciated!

some nice elements in that vdbproductions . gotta love the formant filtering.
this one's kinda new in the sense there was only an unfinished clip up for a while before i actually finished it.
new on soundcloud too - done the whole myspace thing a while back ,then it died off and i slacked at getting new music up for a while and missed the soundcloud train..
@ vdbproductions i think you've got potential man, although your tune in no different than any other tune these days, it ticks all the boxes and with practice you'll see yourself pushing your own style. In my opinon i think you've used the formant filter too much in the first drop, i found myself lacking intrest untill you brought the other synths in. 2nd drop is hard tho keep it up
okok, i havent posted anything on here for a long time so im gonna post up a couple of my recent tunes and feel free 2 feedback any of them
Really pushing my drumstep tunes( or half-step dnb) so if thats your thing, check em out
@vdbproductions - im not digging the intro all that much dude... other then that, its decent... 50seconds plus i like!... but also im not THAT big on the talking bass sound, when its playing by itself.
@imperial - mary jane: i like the intro alot! really nice synth sound, but im not really feeling what comes after that man. dont get me wrong it has a nice flow, i just cant get away with the sound.. but you have potential! which is a big thing!
drumstep song: if you can get that bass to the front abit more id like it alot more! i mean everythings sitting perfectly etc, i like the progression of the bassline, just again the sound... keep at it though man!
cryokinesis - veryyyyy deep man.. i like it. the snare could do with coming to the front abit more (unless its just my headphones)
F-R-E-D - this is a weiiiiird tune! haha, reminded me of dr.who for some reason. not my cup of tea but its a decent effort man!
joelvibes - im not feeling it that much mate im afraid.. some nice sounds in there though, it just didnt do it for me
ok.... so heres a new one from myself and circusjams new alias 'SubFlex'
@A-List:
I liked the intro, but I don't reallly hear any melodies in your synths, it sounds like a bunch of wobbles with different sounds, and it also sounds if there is not really alot of dynamics in your lead synth
@joelvibes:
Also I like the intro and synth but when the vocal kicks in everything sounds really muddy and dusty, sounds like your missing alot of high frequencies, also teh vocal isn't really crispy, I would look into vocal editing
@Wikum
I really like this track, some original vibes in hear....the sound of the synth it self is very nice, arrangement is also nicely done....I like how it builds op to the breakdown and it keeps things interesting
really nice track:)....2nd drop is even better:)
this is my latest track, a dancefloor tune that goes pretty mad in the second drop with a big finale
would love to hear some feedback on the mixdown etc
I like the dark and moody atmos. There's way too much 'verb for my liking. I think it'd sound a load better just for knocking that down a few nothces. If you do want a very reverby sound, how about just applying it to the high frequencies?
Don't get me wrong, there's loads about this track that I really like! Good work dude!
just curious what non-local people think of this.
lemme know!
oh and ill give my feedback as soon as I get home.
I'm at a friends and the comp im on doesn't have speakers.

made this in a couple hours lol, you can sorta tell. just had that feeling you get when you really just wanna show someone a tune so you sorta rush it (or it could just be me who gets that feeling )
@Wikum Lovely wobble but too leary when contrasted with the other elements. It's really adequate with the intro though. Makes me move. Especially love the rhodes(y?) touches nibbling in there! It's like ½ racing level theme with ½ full of wobble sloshing all over the place. Would download again!
