Looks like I will be heading down with a few mates! Let us know what time you're set starts in room 2. Need to make sure I know when to abandon the dnb for the deep end

Great

Sort of more pressure on us to deliver now, knowing that people are travelling especially to catch us - going to have to ensure we do a good quality set!
Will try and post here beforehand, but keep an eye out on the Facebook event as if I forget then it should reveal all. Also, if all else fails, turn up and Aperture usually have sheets stuck up of set times, etc

By the way, happen to know if Room 2's system is decent? Only ever played on the ground floor of Clwb before :l

Not really sure about room 2. Last time I went to Clwb we only popped down to room 2 for a sit down after the top floor was rammed.
I should imagine it'll be alright though. The top floor is wicked, so if it's anything to go by room 2 should still be pretty good.
Worse comes to worse, I'll position myself directly in front of the speakers

Oh well - whatever the system I'm sure it'll still sound decent

Two consecutive nights out is gonna take it's toll. That's dedication though.

The sound system deffintely aint all that tbh. Its one thing I dont get about the place. Bottom and Top sound ok but they just have never bothered to sort out anything decent for the middle. Does the job though, the clarrity just aint there.
I'll be there, dont really bother with dnb anymore, but Dom & Rolland is a must must must...

Spoke to the guys who are running this, The layout/set up is gonna be sorted, as is the sound system. They are borrowing the Hysteria sound system. Seems like they learnt a lot by the last one, have already stepped up to improve. The promoters are deffinitely switched on here, will be a big improvement from the Coki night, seems like they are thinking on there feet. Good Stuff, and I hope it goes well for them and for cardiff. I'll be there for sure

Looks cracking, and im sure ill be there. But can you really link Pinch to DMZ? Smells a bit of someone with no idea trying to cash in to me! Or just an honest mistake.

True, didnt think of that, should beTectonic all the way or at a push Planet Mu. Pinch hasnt even had a release on DMZ. Im pretty sure its a mistake, The lads who put it on arent clueless. I know for a fact that Hiral (one of the promoters) Knows the crack, pretty sure it must be a honest mistake
They've Got Gemmy and Superisk for the next one too, looking forward to that, lets hope the venue gets up to scratch, I do really hope this nights come out well, we need more dubstep nights in cardiff with big credible names playing

Me and Sideways are doing a dark / deep / old dubstep set, I think our set time is 11 - 12 (which doesn't clash with D&R, lucky) - so yeah, come and say hi and excuse any nerves

Was very decent! I was standing next to it for most of the evening so I got the full force of it. But it was infinitely better than the Coki night.
Hopefully I'll make it down tonight

That was me and my mate mike. We had the best view down there and you couldnt hear the jarring mc's either.
Pinch was the man with the dubs as per. Killed it.
Ended his set with a Juke Remix of Horns 94 <<< CANT PUT THIS TUNE INTO WORDS... TOO MUCH

Out to everyone who reached Aperture. Thoroughly enjoyed the night and our (extended) 1 hour 30 set actually went quite decent although half of it was totally unplanned!
Next Aperture = Marcus Intalex on June 3rd. See you there!
