I DO THIS! I have never managed to describe it as well as that though! Lol.
I don't think it does any damage... But sometimes I do it without meaning to and it makes my ear pop which is really fuckin annoying.

When I'm drunk and go to the toilet in a pub/club, I tend to stare at the wall and move my head closer and further way from it repeatedly. I have NO IDEA why. It's mad. I told my mates once I was shocked that he actually did the same.

I 'crack' my jaws like a lot of people do with their fingers or wrist.

I know what you mean, but the thing is I am intentionally doing it, because it seems to "feel" good at the time.

I've found myself doing this before, haha.

I also get this weird conversation in my head that when I'm with a group of people and I'm not talking amongst them, I feel they are talking to my soul. Like they will be speaking on something way different than what I'm thinking and it will answer my questions in my head.

Hard to explain.

I bite my lips to the point where I have to literally TELL MYSELF to stop. Really annoying.

When I play FPS games I have a habit of searching every single corner of every room so that I don't miss anything...

When I used to be in my parents' car at night, I'd watch the street lights and the shadows they make go across the car and pretend that they were ghosts.

Normally when I use stairs I take them 3 steps at a time. Don't know why, but its become a habit. Gets me up and down stairs a hell of a lot quicker than everyone else though.

Also when I'm going to sleep I HAVE to sleep on my side, if I try to go to sleep on my back or front it just doesn't work.

Honestly never thought i'd see the day where i'd been sig'd.^^
I also have to take stairs two or three at a time. One at a time makes me feel like an O.A.P.

i used to hate making noise when i walked so i always used to walk on the balls of my feet (not full on ninja walking everywhere) but around the house i always used to do it.

i dont give a fuck these days but im always still in the habit of either walking on the balls of my feet when im at home or walking with the blade of my feet if that makes sense. like walking on the right hand side blade of your right foot and the left blade or your left

also, with the running man by the car thing, i do the same, but imagine its a skater/bmxer doing mad jumps and grinds on all the obstacles on the road. especially on motorway barriers, get some huge fs smiths along them

and, when buying tshirts/jumpers, i often have to stroke the material on the sleeve between my palms, if it doesnt feel nice enough against them i cant buy the clothes

and the laser/saw thing. been doing that since a kd for some reason! strange eh?
