I achieved my goal of dropping 20kg in 12 months so im really excited about eating again. I've just started a cycle of creatine so I'm curious to see how that goes.
It IS possible, you just have to eat a lot of protein (way more than on your bulk) and rest a lot and take an occasional break from cutting (and not cut for too long). Having a cheat day in the weekend is also a good thing. I'd probably be better off bulking atm too. I used to be 175 lbs at 5'8" with probably about 14% bodyfat. Now I'm at 12 weighing a measely 147. I really shouldn't have stopped working out and eating when I did.

Congrats on the weightloss :0

Definitely could do with those Mexican fast-food places tho, I'd love to get a burrito or enchilada on the go.
You are probably thinking of Wimpy. They were BIG back in the day.

Also there are those Mexican fast-food places if you live around london, Burritio Burrito and Daddy Donkey for example.

uk has plenty of wendys, been there myself in central london. it aint all that tho, much prefer burger king.

LOLOLOL

I had this guy from Salt Lake City staying over, he was couch-surfing, a couple of years ago. And I bought this guy a good pack of genuine fries and he says:

"hey dude, back in Utah we have this thing called 'Special Sauce', it's where we mix ketchup and mayonnaise together..isn't that cool!"

I quickly had to hide the cocktail sauce jar so as not to make him feel like a retard. If there's any more retards: cocktail sauce is basically ketchup, mayo, rum and some other bits thrown together and the recipe is ANCIENT. there's no such thing as special sauce.

hmm, I read you. I love my fries. But a good burger...can't beat it. But for me the tastyness of a burger or fast food in general is that I only go out for it once a month or so. If you'd serve me a diner burger four times a week I'd die.

Only one thing I could eat almost every day. RAMEN

Mayne, let's just say that a good burger WITH fries is the greatest thing ever.

We don't have to choose!

But like, quality is everything. You'll never get around how much salt and calories are in fast food, but that shit's gotta be made well.

Showed a friend my Sample Pack entry. Told him it was for DSF.

Him: "This is cool, have you ever tried actually making dubstep before"
"Yeah, this *is* dubstep"
"It doesn't sound like dubstep"
"No, this is what dubstep should sound like. Here listen to a few of these tracks"
Show Tigerfoot - Ben Verse
"I don't know if I like this as much"
"How bout this?" Mala in Cuba
"This isn't that bad. why have I not heard about this style before?"
"Because your in America"

...Then I go on a rant for a while about the subject.

Sure I informed one more person of proper dubstep, but doing this to all my new studio budies is a real pain in the ass. :u:
