You should check out Ade Fenton's mixes. This one for Rob @ EE is awesome.

ennit, like the majority of the stuff i listen to now is techno influenced, so i just say i listen to techno so that no one delves further into what i like. but when i met my mate at the start of this uni year i said i liked techno, then he thought i was like some massive techno head and listened to nothing else but techno, he didnt think it was the good techno either, some speed, happy hardcore, tekno shite haha

Interview with the guys from Sandwell District in The Wire this month.

Very interesting.

Shitloads of tension between all of them.

Still was an awesome set I was at in Nijmegen last weekend. Surgeon destroyed it though, that
guy knows techno from a to z. To bad the gear kept failing for the first 5 minutes though, I know what
he must have felt like :)

The Black Dog's definitely one. Its worth checking out their mixes.

Semantica and Prologue are two labels that are making good moves at the moment too. Lucy and the Stroboscopic artefacts label + CLR should be added to that list. Most of the good stuff has been mentioned already. Sandwell District + Function, Silent Servant, Regis, Surgeon, British Murder Boys. Also, surprised I haven't seen Perc come up in here.

This the good shit

Embarrassed to say it, but his stuff is a little too fast for me :) Then again the whole genre used to be at a higher
pace and he is just sticking to it. But some tunes go over 140 :6:

I'll keep an ear out for those.

Haven't read through whats been mentioned already but check frozen border/ horizontal ground out. The new frozen border by 4.26 is an absoloute stomper. Give szare a look they make some of my favourite music currently their tunes reach new heights of groove.

blawan is creator of techno?

big fan of blawan, but some of the newer stuff im hearing is so dark and unappealing to me, like i like dark music, but some of these remixes are ridiculous! peaches ep is looking smashing though

I'll try pitching it down 20 bpm but I don't know whether that'll sound even decent :) Tunes are all quality, that's for sure.
