ok i generally rate lapalux but all that sidechain and pitched wherefuckever vocal chops really getting me bored these days

yeah to be perfectly honest I agree. Lapalux is pretty good but it just feels like I'm hearing a really similar song over n over. XXYYXX, Lapalux, Giraffage, Slow Magic, Beat Culture etc....all good but very very similar

I see both of your points but doesn't that happen with most kinds of music? Isn't that why we look for new stuff? These artists are mostly new to me but I'm sure in time I'd get bored. I'm always looking for something different. What do both of you suggest?
