Wrong, I've always received confirmation emails from Will Bankhead

Well, not exactly wrong because I've ordered from the shop 4 times and 4 times they've not sent me a confirmation e-mail or anything and then forgot to send the record / tape until I email them a couple of weeks later.

I have always got the record or whatever in the end, I'm just saying, that's my experience of the shop.

only ordered from there once (ellipsis), didnt get a confirmation but got the record in time.

Ordered last week, came today, can't complain with that.
