Hearing peverelist and appleblim - circling on a system for the first time.

Loefahs roots set a while ago at fabric.

Actually, I could go on listing moments but I won't, many happy dubstep moments :)

Edit: One more important one, hearing aerial for the first time.

I went fucking loopy when ruffage got dropped, was nice to meet you man :)

System is possibly my happiest moment in dubstep but i cant decide which one, probably the first one
Fuck yea mate, was incredible. I was skanking hard out with a bloke next to me, that was definitely one of the best nights of my life. Was good to meet you too ;) Hopefully I'll see you again soonish, won't be able to make this month's System unfortunately, hopefully next time!

-Seeing Joe Nice a couple of months ago had many amazing moments for me:
1. Hearing Cuba Electronic on a system.
2. Hearing Misty Winter Part 2
3. Me reaching over the decks and pulling "Blue Meanie" myself.
4. Having my left leg cramp up from skanking so hard.

Other moments that made me happy:

-Me and Seven messing with a drunk girl who was trying to get in his pants. (He actually does a really good American accent.)

-When I heard Burial's remix of Paradise Circus.

-GetDrunker

-When I found out that this is finally getting released...

mala playing for 3-4 hours on a massive rig in a small club in munich. dropping all the changes remixes and a lot of unknown dubplates, including some dmz tracks from 2003
ramadanman playing for 4 hours in vienna, mixing 808 stuff with classics like goat stare and some burial bits... danced my ass off.

Most people had left the dancefloor to smoke/drink out on the balcony after the house DJ (another pupil) stopped playing. I was skanking about, semi-drunk and happy as can be, when Rusko - Somebody to Love comes on. I like that track. But then the drop comes and BOOM, it's the Skream remix! SO I SKANK OUT EVEN HARDER, not having expected the DJ to follow Skrillex and Doctor P tunes with such a real banger.

Nobody else liked it of course, but I was so fucking happy.
Wait....you had your school prom at a house?
Nah, the DJ who was on first played house music...that would have been cool though.
O. Well you mentioned a balcony and smoking and drinking so I assumed it wasnt at a school.

Schools in Switzerland are thankfully a bit more liberal about that stuff. You could buy drinks at this venue if you were 16+

If I get a flight now, will I still have time to enroll for my senior year?

Lol, he is pretty funny guy. Had a quick chat with him a few years ago after he played some dingy warehouse rave, he pulled his phone out and started filming this kid absolutely having it on the dancefloor, who couldn't have been any older than 12!

This is what got me into dubstep the dirty gritty nasty sound that was being pushed heavily in those days never did get into the deep boring stuff

Yeah that festival really changed my outlook on life. Would never had got in to soundsystem culture without it :Q:

ok, there are two:
1) dmz 2nd birthday bash in 2007. flew there all alone. new dimension revealed.

2) first night with our handcrafted system five years later. world was complete.

views on future happiness in dubstep:
folks in my country get behind the magic of dubstep sounds, at last. will do! no doubt! our mission.
