I sewed some of my resins onto sweatbands...
Prada is doing something similar for this summer
...different color palette, translucent stones - probably acrylic, bezel set - I love it...

I hate heels also - but they will correct your posture....
I'm a flatform type of girl...
and I wear mostly saucony...
I wish I could fit the men's line - I would own every pair...
except the wht/lt blue to the left, 3 down...I wouldn't wear that one.

Ok - How should I try to make a living...
back to nursing - teaching
It's funny - In class I would switch into "professional" talk mode...
...very difficult for me as I have been on the "street" a little too long -
and my hippy friends would always check me back into a corner.
But then - the teachers were all - Industrial Design types...very serious...asian
the americans were older women who had to fight their way out of domestic pigeon holes...
very intelligent, very no-nonsense...
I don't know how to act.

No, actually I do want to. It's just a lot of these lovely spastics on this forum, talk about it like it was currency or something.
I mean I could rock a lampshade and overalls and appear the same.
So style never actually gets discussed imo, which would be the interesting aspect.

honestly though....
I've been wearing essentially the same thing for the past 10 years...
$15 babydoll t-shirts from American Apparel...
Some baggy UFO's in black, grey, navy, and khaki...
various versions of saucony
...a single pair of japanese style flatform sandals in black....Californians
3 or 4 hoodies/zip turtle neck jackets in black, grey, red , and navy
black gauchos
...and that's it.
2 washloads and my clothes are done...
I just like fashion as an artform.
I can't afford it for myself. I just look at it.

Nah, trainers, as well as all shoes really, have a general purpose which is to comfortably protect your feet from the ground. Sweatbands are for wiping sweat. Don't get me wrong, they look nice imo, just funny to me.

into their undergarments....in case they had to flee...
...and when the soldiers were firing at Anastasia...
all the bullets were being deflected from her by the gems
and she just would not die...
She almost survived because the soldiers got spooked...
and thought she was being protected by a supernatural power...
but in reality - they finished her with a sword.
