I think it's the lest accessible albums he has done, not a pretty melody to whistle insight. Also it doesn't cover the whole range of his output like drukqs did, so not the best for an introduction imo.
aphex said it was his most accessible album
I'm just some irritating, lying, ginger kid from Cornwall who should have been locked up in some youth detention centre. I just managed to escape and blag it into music. - Aphex Twin

He also lives in a bank, and drives a tank.

Your point is?

That's one of the best afx interviews I've read

totally raw and unedited, get way more of a feel for his personality

So lame:
yea, bill hicks (rip) is one of my hero's... your use of the casio fz is well known from the early days, what new things have u done with it for this album?
And the context:
Im really, really sorry to all folks who might be reading this but if you believe the ridiculous story that is being pedaled about 9/11 from the mainstream media then you are absolutely gullible
Like the whole of humanity is being drawn into a civilization ending net, but let us talk about your casio fz.

It's still decent or > most.
It's not like with squarepusher where you want him to stop ever making another tune or hurt himself a bit or whatever get's him going imo :6: ... it's fine and apparently it's just another bunch of tuss tracks that was lying around ... not that I'm defending releasing stuff like that, just that the interview made it seem as if there might be something really good in the works for next time.
