Nice to know there was someone else in the world who didn't make it.

You probably have a better excuse than me though.

Blackdown pulled up Sign of the Times, wanted to reward the nine for pushing the boundaries, quite right too.

Space Ape is just a different class, no disrespect to the other MCs, but man, he is serious. And when he played Sheffield with Mala doing it from the dancefloor and just flowing for two and half hours he was even better.

just back in nl, what a night! was on the centre of the floor almost all night, sound was best there... stayed till towards the end of distance's set but unfortunately my energy was gone after mala & loefah already... sore head from loefah's tracks and sore feet from mala's tracks. 151 dub is definitely my current favorite :o

btw ufo pity i didn't catch you mate!

big up the two the hague maniacs flying back&forth within 24h... lost you guys after the beginning, hope you caught your flight back..

just wanted to say

saturday was __ILL__ all the way

sick sick siiiiick sets all the way thru.. don't even wanna say one was better than the other as they all ruled totally! Have to give a shout out to Loefah - I felt something physical from his rinsin that i've never felt before in my life.. serious BASS WEIGHT

yeah man keep the DMZ cult growing! I'll try infect everyone I possibly can with the virus when i move back to Finland... its gonna be a longer trip to come down for the next party.. but I'm certain it'll have to be done...

and the complaints about the rewinds - bah.. every tune that got rewound, totally deserved it. no problems, there were A LOT of rewinds, but what the heck!

Anyways big up each and everyone from producers to djs to fans!!

Brilliant night. Me and the lady had a great time.

I only caught Kode, Mala/Loefah but that was enough. Awesome sets from those three!

Also nice to meet (Hi)Jack and his mate (can't remember the name, was far too battered and bass-drunk for conversation). Big up the ex-royal russell crew inside the ride. ribba. :D
is it?

Huge, Huge.

Kode9 was just perfect, he is a true craftsman, building a set of an hour with such amazing flows and nuances, tight as fuck. Reminded me slightly of Mathew Herbert playing house, such a great understanding of the music and balance. SpaceApe was excellent, though i thought his levels for the first half were too low, couldn't hear.

Mala and Loe were sick, great atmosphere. I just love how into in Mala gets as well, bobbing away constantly. Pokes is just so funny and likeable too, he's like the cool Uncle you never had. What other night would have the MC largin up the bar staff ffs? 'Adults only...' Purely peaceful vibes.

Skream was fun, though like others slightly too many rewinds for me. And the warrior queen vocal intro to that tune sounded mad cocky! Lots of fun though. 'Music to make u stagga' is just sublime, the second drop, wow!

Distance was fun, couple of tracks sounded almost like a squelchy Vex'D, though bailed out half way through. Gutted i missed plasticman.

I think the one hour slots are perfect length also, keeps it fresh and constantly moving forward. And being able to duck out for half an hour in the middle of the night to get something from Maccy D's to keep you going is quality!
