There is a mix i done for booby friction on bbc asain network floating about on www.gotdarker.com. Some of the old classic asian influenced tunes on there. ( might not be exact what your looking for but you might enjoy it still)

Bring on the shaabi dubstep! I'd love to hear Ahmed Adowaiya in a tune!
Aroh henak...Zahma!
Agi min hinna...Zahma!
Or a bit of Om Kolsoum.

The new Relocate bits & pieces, although inspired by the med, have a very very eastern/arabic (not too sure about arabic actually) feel to them, might be your cup of tea?

benga's been opening his sets w/ a new one, can't remember the title-- heavy tune.

god i really can't stand that c+s 'indian bits" thing. just the exact opposite way that i want shit to go.

keep your ears out for badawi on some serious doumbek-fueled heat

also wanted to add a +1 as being endlessly amazed by indian stomp (even the mix-- those claps are SO LOUD).

perfect example of how to take something 'foreign' and use it to create something new and stunning.

for the life of me i can't make out what she's singing. a kid's song? something like "Dono teri nazar mein, tera pyaar ho, nahin" which doesn't make any sense :6:
