Once you've lived there you'll never go back :D

I live in Chorlton, Manchester it's full of hippies (they are banning plastic bags in all the shops ) but on the plus side they're aren't many shady people about and it takes me 15 minutes to walk to Old Trafford on match days
No doubt, i'm not planning the move back to Ormskirk (quite far away Metal).

Ive never been to chorlton but ive heard its full of ex student (hippies), young pro's n that kind. Menna be alright for a house party though.
i've got a mate in chorlton cum-hardy and his part certainly aint full of hippies... i've lost count of the number of times i've had to bail him out when dealers have wanted to break his limbs.
the whalley range side is a bit rough - with gangs, shootings etc.

West Croydon. I think Lidl was a COOP when I was there. And there wasn't a Maplin that I can remember. I used to use this phone box to call home. And it was often smashed. Once while I was, innit. Erm, I mean, in it.

Dana Point. Beautiful looking culture void. Horrible life sapping monotony.

West Hollywood. Nice apartments. Safe neighbourhood and close to everything.

I didn't like Dana Point. Had a huge place there, as well. Just way too weird down there. Like Stepford, or something. I wasn't too into the beach, either.

Heh heh. Everybody drives fancy cars where I live. Lots of bright yellow Lambos, badly driven by Iranian trust fund kiddies. It's weird how that seems the norm to me now.

palms/culver city, ca aka beverly hills south

it's pretty chill here. was a good mix of asian, indian and other groups when i first moved here, but the 'renaissance' going on in the area is driving up rents and a bunch of shit-ass white yuppie types have been slowly creeping in with their bmws and chihuahuas. it's still all right though. quiet, close to a lot of stuff in the city, nice parks to walk to. the beach is about 10 minutes away. i can't find a good photo of it though. not like the scenery is much to see

OI OI! See Notts has got more going for it than just buy-one-get-one-free sales on bulletproof jackets. :P

Seriously, it's a good city. Never seen a squeek of serious trouble. Plus it must have one of the best Dubstep scenes outside of London.

Been in Notts three years for Uni.

I live in Nashua, New Hampshire USA. For those who don't know, I live about 40 minutes northwest of Boston, MA. Im not really a big fan of living here... It's a shithole to say the least. I'm hoping to move to Boston within the next 2 years or so.

Here is some pics:

I'm at Uni in Brighton, but I'm from Oxford originally...Cowley Road to be exact. It's nothing like what you'd expect Oxford to be like, Cowley Road is a bit of a gem around here.

The club on Cowley Road formerly known as the Zodiac. Skream and Benga playing there in a few weeks, should be big! Everyone hates the fact that it's Carling, but everyone has to accept change.

Cowley Road Carnival

That's my dad on Carnival day outside my parents' restaurant. They've run a Jamaican place in Oxford since 1981. Every year he gets out a soundsystem and does food, it's big.

The Oxford skyline from South Park in the summer.

I love Oxford.

It looks like a bit of a soulless suburb, but it's actually quite nice with a bit of a villagey vibe and hasn't yet been totally gutted by buy to let student landlords (although I'm a grad student in rented accomodation, so I can't really talk), and nottingham's there for proper shopping / big nights out.
