quick q- can any of the nyc heads point me in the direction or tell me what streets are cool to park on... about 90% sure i will be using my car to get up there & dont feel like shellin out $40 to park in a garage... i know someone posted up awhile back what streets in like a 10-15 block radius were cool but i cant find it... thanks!

My advice is to park in a garage if you can afford it. Friday night is pretty tough in that area as people are doing just what youre doing, trying to find the cheap free parking. There's one parking garage about one block from the club on Washington Sq. North St. If you don't want to do that, then I'd advise parking on 6th avenue from 8th street to 14th street after 10pm when the meters go out of service and its free parking till 6am saturday morning. Good luck.

from what i've seen there's lots more parking available south of Houston than north of it... try down by Grand or Broome & 6th ave... bit of a walk, but 10 or so blocks won't kill ya.
getting back on topic, i am looking forward to this.
