Arj Barker aka Dave Mahumbai

Upon trying stand-up comedy on a dare, at the tender age of 19, Arj Barker immediately fell in love with it, dropped out of community college, and hit the road. Within a few years, he was regularly headlining clubs, both in his own country and in Australia and the UK.

He has since appeared on Letterman, Conan, and the Tonight Show. He also plays "Dave" on HBO's "Flight of the Conchords." He continues to work all over the place, spending much of his time in Australia, where he is rumored to be 'big'. Arj will also appear in a new one hour special for Comedy Central to distributed by Warner Brothers Records.

When he's not working, he lives with his family on an alpaca ranch in Northern California
