LAS- Tic/Backyard
Plata - KRU/KRU (Mssingno Remix)
asda - three tracks
Ishan Sound - Ishan Sound

Well happy that the Ishan Sound release has 8 tracks on it, I thought it was gunna be a tune a side.

#UnpopularOpinion I don't like any of the releases you guys have been hyped over. Was looking forward to sinking on some new wax too, but just not feeling any of them...

^completely agree mate.

i maybe would have thought more about copping the ishan release if they had audio for more than one tune.... not even a tracklist? :|

tbh the mssigno rmx is more a "nice to have" than an essential plate. sounds a bit dated already, but still two good tunes.

The Las one was my fave, just don't like it enough to drop ~£10 on it. I'd buy digi, but vinyl wise, I've probably got better, similar enough sounding tunes.

I've said before, but imo, the Plata and Missingno stuff just sounds like a load of the "Burial rip-off" stuff loads on this forum slated with a trap beat instead of some broken garage beat. Got literally hundreds of tunes from various producers on my PC in a similar style, but better.

Not Burial, just some of the people that were called Burial rip-offs  Think ambient-y pads, pitched up Aaliyah or Brandy samples, minus a UKG beat, plus some rolled hats and you've got Plata & Missingno.

i definitely have connected mssingno and burial but i haven't really considered mssingno a rip off. more like a burial type producer of this era.

I don't consider him a Burial rip-off, same way I didn't consider a lot of people who got tagged with the term Burial rip-offs, I just think his music is very similar to music that seemed to get slated quite a lot on here some years back. Such is the passage of time!

fwiw, imo, tbh the new Deadboy tune that came out today is similar in style, but absolutely smashes "Kru".
