its just for me, the way my sleep cycle works, 4-5 hours is like, ideal... 6-7 i feel dead groggy, 8+ i feel great once i've woken up and sorted my head out but it takes a while

4-5hrs i jus pop out of bed ready to have like 4 consecutive masturbations and go right back to sleep
