Despite a heavy weekend, just taken exactly 1min off my personal best 5k time around Battersea Park in the pissing rain 8)

had two gigs with the great band ILLBILLY HITEC & MC LONGFINGAH last week. on friday we played at DUB ON THE RIVER in Bonn ^^ :U:

got up early this morning to run down to this pool in my neighbourhood, jumped the fence and went for a couple of lanes and ran back home.
getting up and doing something before work makes me less stoned, so maybe i can get around doing a mixtape today which ive been wanting to for a long time...
